Crew Change at Payra, Bangladesh

Panocean Limited is active at Payra Port, a small seaport in southern Bangladesh, and offering Crew Change service. Comprehensive support secured service are ensured at each and every crew change program.

Shipowners are requested to contact us well in advance in case of any program for a crew change at Payra port. On signer will arrive at Dhaka airport and will have to come to Barishal Division to board at the vessel, mostly discharge at Payra port anchorage.  The sign on and sign off expenses at Payra are different than the port of Chittagong and Mongla. This is due to higher boat charge, local communication and crew change formalities related expenses. The time requirements are also higher than other ports of Bangladesh, as such shipowners or manager need to do some advance planning if there is any program for a crew change at Payra. It is recommended that if the vessel has any program for part cargo discharge at Chittagong or Mongla port, then the sign-on / off can be carried out at those ports to reduce expenses.
